More About Me...

ME. ME. ME. ME. ME. ME. ME . ME. Have i mentioned i'm self-involved? Don't answer that. No really. I mean it. I'm talking. Shhh! So here's the deal. I'm Jamie. I make videos on youtube. I have lots of talents like sitting; and sitting infront of a green wall. and sitting infront of a green wall AND talking. How can I do that? Because I'm the epitome of a multi-tasker. I'm perfect like that

Another Tit-Bit...

I threatened to take my best friend's baby and use it as a baseball bat..on her face. I've been told to not stare at people the way i do when i smile that weird smug smile i have because it makes people uncomfortable. I'm right-handed so whenever I flip you the bird you can be sure I'll be doing it with my right hand, the left will probably be stealing your wallet.

I’m Concerned..Racism Vs. Youtube

I don’t like talking about race, because I honestly believe the colour of our skin is the last thing we should be comparing. However, a random series of events caused me to discuss this.

Last night while I was watching videos on youtube I came across something very disturbing. There was this girl, this african american girl complaining about youtube suspending her account “because she was black”. And her following rallying around this obviously well thought-out conclusion.

It’s irritating when people, play the race card. It irritates me. I know there are racists out there - I don’t think I will live to see a world without racism, HOWEVER, in this instance this young lady couldn’t be more ignorant. “Heavennuh” or something conveniently failed to leave out the part of her woeful demise where she created multiple accounts on YouTube to subscribe to her main channel. She failed to mention she violated YouTube’s ToS and spammed other youtuber’s channels daily. But she didn’t forget to play the race card.

Amazing.

After watching her video I decided to comment saying the reason she got suspended wasn’t because of her ethnicity, it was because of her spamming subscriptions and she responded with “what are you, the YouTube police?” which she quickly removed because she realised she had inadvertently admitted to cheating and she wanted to milk the race card from her predominantly black viewer-base.

Unfounded claims like hers are the reason that when actual racist behaviour is noticed and complained about, its seen as just “another black person trying to get a free ride” and not a serious societal pitfall.

It irritates me, She irritates me. Dozens of white people get suspended everyday on YT for the same thing, but she’s acting like some great injustice was done, because of the colour of her skin.

Cheating is not right and it will take time to remove ALL the cheaters on YT. Its simply that yesterday, her time ran out.

Jamie.

Agreed. I hate when people play the race card as an excuse for something happening they don’t like or to displace blame for their own actions. You did something wrong, you got caught, own up to it. I’m black too, and I’ll be the last person to call racism because something didn’t go my way. And yes, I’ve definitely experienced true racism, so I know the difference.

Case in point: I was in a music store browsing the hip-hop section (and no, I’m not that typical, that’s just what I was in the mood for that day…my tastes range from classical to alternative to metal to R&B and basically anything but country), and one of the employees caught my eye. He made his way over to the section I was in, and began straightening up the CDs. I moved down some, he moved down some. I went around to the other side, he went around to the other side. I led that guy through the ENTIRE store…he followed me for 10 minutes, just happening to straighten every section I was in. I finally turned toward him and forced him to straighten in the other direction…forcing HIM all around the store, mainly for my own amusement.

Anyway, I offer that story to say that there are obvious instances where people are racist/prejudiced…but that YouTube chick? She’s just full of it and being stupid.

Keep up the great work, Jamie, and keep giving us new vids to enjoy and thoughts to ponder.

  2. Thomas Says:

Jamie, its clear and concise comments and observations like this that make the attempt at getting stupidity down to a science seem an impossibility.

  3. Jamie Says:

    Legendary C
    This is her latest channel:

    haha Thomas <3 you’re awesome!

  4. Serge Says:

Looking at the channel you posted Jamie, it sounds to me like the typical problem facing fast growing online communities, a struggle to maintain a controlled environment with rules that strive to ensure that all can enjoy the viewing experience.

Such rules are bound to be violated by some people who will in turn bitterly complain if they get caught. I would not like to be the chap who’s in charge of policing YouTube. His (her?) job is difficult and risky: things can easily get out of hands and a slur campaign waged on whatever shaky grounds the so-called victim finds or invents.

However, building upon your original point I did notice several blog posts complaining that YouTube’s content guidelines and censors were rather tolerant to racist content while being prompt to remove any hint of sexual display. Something to watch for?

Basically I feel it boils down to freedom of speech and the limits you put to it. YouTube is walking on a tight rope there, and doing it quite well so far. As for that girl, well her videos are mediocre at best and I don’t think she deserves your attention :)

  5. Wordsmith Says:

My view is as follows: if you’re yelling about being victimized by racism, you’d better darn well be certain of it, because if you’re not, when real racism raises its head, the fight against it will be muted due to the “boy who cried wolf” effect.

  6. Garrison Says:

You have some great points Jamie… Cheatin always pays off… Unfortunately in her case… it didn’t pay the way she intended… That is, if what you’re saying is factual… And i’m sure you wouldn’t post without the hard evidence….

    Love ya!
    G.

  7. TheLegendary C Says:

Thanks for the link, Jamie. That…well, that was unimpressive, to say the least. She thinks she’s some kind of rebel? There’s nothing innovative or even remotely interesting about this girl…I hope they stop suspending her so she’s forced to, oh, I don’t know, do something interesting?

  8. Jia Says:

Alright, Jamie…Im a subscriber to your vlogs and I check this page every so often to see what you’re talking about.

Out of curiousity, how were you able to come to the conclusion that THIS is the reason ‘heavenevaeh’ got suspended? Wouldnt your assertion on HOW she got suspended be just as fallible as her assertion on WHY she got suspended? The way I see it, theyre both assumptions….which you both are entitled to, since neither of you received a message from Youtube explaining WHY the account was deleted.

The only way someone could really know WHY she got suspended was if they worked for Youtube or knew someone else at Youtube who is in charge of suspensions/deletions. Otherwise, its merely an assumption.

I was actually subscribed to her first channel and enjoyed her videos b/c, like yours, they brought something different to the table. I dont like playing the race card either and I have NOT shown a ’side’ one way or the other (be it through YT vlogs or otherwise) b/c I DONT know. I DONT like making assumptions and I DONT like going to bat without ammunition.

So, out of fairness, would you mind disclosing how it is that you know the reason heavenevaeh was suspended? Also, if you have some sort of inside track on the fastest way to get your account deleted, could you share that as well? With most of the accounts that Ive seen get suspended (both black, white..and other), I could find no real reason as to why?

    Jia

  9. Jia Says:

To TheLegendaryC….Youtube provides lots of options for viewers. If YOU dont like her blog, dont watch it? But dont make yourself sound like a groupie by simply agreeing and insulting. Yes, Jamie is a great vlogger but your last comment sounded real ‘groupie-ish.’ You see that ONE video that heaven has done and you’re judging. Obviously some people saw something in her..just as they see in Jamie…just as they see in me…that makes them watch!

  10. Deborah Says:

    CONCERNED

  11. jamie Says:

Thanks Deborah, i misspell when i’m upset i guess

  12. TL Says:

Jaime, let me start off by saying that I’m a subscriber to both you and heavenneveah so that nobody starts with all that “your hating on tbc” bull. But after reading your comments on her new page and on here I was wondering (just like Jia) how you found out why she was suspended?

  13. GGB Says:

Jamie, I will say that racial faggotry will never stop IMHO. I find it pretty funny. If uneducated people want to expose and exploit themselves, so be it.

  14. leonwestbrook Says:

I hate when people throw around the race card over nothing. The girl was clearly cheating.

The people who made those videos were probably people who easily support Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

Black people can never think for themselves and that is embarrassing that we have to follow a mob rule.

Oh and thank you for the Valentines card Jamie. :)

  15. James Says:

Love your channel and your new website. You are bubbling over with talent, there is endless opportunity for you.

  16. nikki Says:

jamieface, your words drip as seamlessly as menstruation from a newly pubescent girl.

    YAH, THAT’S IT TODAY.
    well said.

  17. Jamie Says:

    TL:
look at her current channel. It was created on December 13th (4 days before her main channel got suspended). Why did she create that account when her main channel was still up? and who does this sockpuppet channel happened to be subscribed to?? (her currently suspended channel “heavenevaeh” and all of her playlists.)

P.S you can’t subscribe to a channel AFTER its been suspended. which means she created an account and subscribed to herself BEFORE she was suspended.

We have no idea how many times she has done this. I don’t want to know. I do know it was enough to piss off the people at youtube - which is a thoroughly multi-racial company btw, so i would appreciate it if she stopped with it “its because i’m black” thing, because i have virtually no respect for her right now. Doing something wrong and getting upset because she got caught. I cannot and i will not support it.

  18. TheLegendary C. Says:

    To Jia:
Fair enough. You’re right. I am coming into this late, so I have no idea what she had to say prior to this whole incident. She could be very insightful and/or interesting. My judgment came from the 3 videos she did have posted, and again, you’re right, I don’t have to watch it, and won’t. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to set me straight.

  19. TheLegendary C. Says:

    And Jia,
Before you come gunning at me for a snide remark, the last line wasn’t intended as such, so please put the angry response away, I actually meant what I said. I can admit when I’m wrong, and that’s what I was doing.

  20. pulsedr1ver Says:

I realise here people are talking about here getting suspended for using copyright music, and creating ghost accounts and cheating, which are violations of Terms of Use, but YouTube has something else that they go by. It’s called their Community Guidelines:

    http://youtube.com/t/community_guidelines

And let me just quote one part that these people who are suspended seem to skip over.

We decide whether we believe your violation of our Terms of Use should result in termination of your account. If you have an account terminated you are prohibited from ever signing up for another account!

Instead of creating a new account to plot your case, you should be e-mailing YouTube, by way of Damien (YourTubeNews) or someone on the community council to help you get back.

What’s strange is that she didn’t create a new account. This account was already there… Subscribed to her, and her playlists.. People will say “oh, everyone has a second account”, but there is such a large combination of violation of terms of use and community guidlines that she was guilty of, all it takes is someone to report her, and YouTube would take action.

I never reported her. I could care less about her channel. It was harmless and in my honest opinion not very entertaining. I watched a couple of her videos and didn’t like them. I didn’t rate them down or leave bad comments; just left and never watched. To see someone playing the race card when you’re suspended, especially when soo much other people, AND partners (Perez Hilton) get suspended daily, is utterly annoying, and I will continue to be in opposition to her stupidity and mediocrity in handling this situation. We don’t need people who look to the colour of their skin as an excuse to break rules holding others down on YouTube; people have it hard enough already in that environment.

  21. Alexander Says:

Why is it that racism has become synonymous with the victimization of blacks by whites? I face as much racism here in the Caribbean being white from black people. Secondly i’d like someone to see what I see in the word

Race = starting line, a journey and an end?
Racism = the act of living out life from start to end.
Racist = the person participating in the “Race”

but hey the world is the way it is and I make good money off the bickering of petty people so KEEP it up ^_^

  22. KennyBoy Says:

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOtay… I’ve been looking at all of the comments and I have my own theories about it. Now idk who Heavennevaeh is, however if what Jamie says is ttu (and so far, no one is calling her a liar) she violated the rules. I don’t like the race card, but if someone or some group is pretty obvious about it, then I can understand. Heavennevaeh has made it extremly hard to prove that it was race that got her knocked off youtube when she was making and subscribing to multiple accounts that she herself created. I think if she wants to prove that this wasn’t a racist move, she needs to prove that she didn’t do anyting illegal first. I think we can at least all agree on that. Now I have to go look at what her side of the story is… I’ll comment afterwards.

P.S. You can get people to do your theme music Jamie? You have more fans that I realise.

  23. KennyBoy Says:

    does the comment thing works?

  24. jamie Says:

Yes KennyBoy. I have it set to moderate all first time posters.

    Thanks for the input :)

  25. Bradley Says:

‘What are you, the YouTube Police?’ has to be one of the funniest comments ever.

  26. Jamie Says:

you guys are amazing. thank you so much for all the input.
haha, maybe i’ll send you a christmas card Leon!

  27. Maurice (Irish Boy) Says:

Hey Jamie Right on as always , hey freedom of speech means when somebody does something wrong you have every right to call them out on it and fair play to you for doing it, the whole point of youtube and sites with user generated content is that the people who add the content should have the right to call people out when they break the rules.

Also agree with Wordsmiths comment about “boy calling wolf” Idiots like her looking for attention cheapen legitimate peoples claims and make things harder on everybody

And Jamie as a once great Irishman said ” F**kem if they cant take a joke”

Another classic that I heard from a cop at a football riot when I was 12 and watching about 50 grown men kick the crap out of each other ” Ah cant we all just get along !!!! sure arent we all soft and squishy on the inside”

  28. Jia Says:

To Leon…I pose the same question to you as I posed to Jamie….are you assuming or do you know for sure? Again I have not taken sides on this BECAUSE I dont know..and I dont like running to someones defense before Im armed with the proper tools to further defend them if need be.

TLC…no one was going to take your comments out of context. If YOU felt that you were being sarcastic, that would be for you to deal with. Your comment didnt bother me one way or the other. I was just wondering WHY you were choosing to come through and attach a co-sign to something when you werent armed with facts yourself.

Jamie, thank you for being fair and keeping the forum open, so to speak. You obviously have a bit more information than what I do and I respect that. If someone is violating the rules, then so goes it with Youtube. I do NOT agree with playing the race card and I think that, for the most part, the ‘blacks’ of YT who ARE up in arms and complaining about color being a factor in suspensions/deletions are only basing those facts off whats in THEIR specific circle….basically meaning, if you only view other blacks on YT, then you’re ONLY going to notice when and if they get suspended or deleted.

Perez Hilton was a partner and YT snatched his account with no issue. I dunno what he did but if anyone can fill me in, please do.

  29. jamie Says:

Perez Hilton was blocked because he used copyright footage of Liza Minelli in one of his vids. Someone (maybe Viacom) contacted youtube about it and they suspended his channel.

Also another channel was suspended last night and this guy was a 40 yr old white canadian. He got suspended for revealing private info on another youtuber. So its definitely not a race issue.

Btw, someone tell heaven that the more channels she creates the more she will get suspended. One of the rules of being suspended is to not create another account, but to contact youtube with your grievances.

  30. Jia Says:

Her account is back up…so apparently YT heard her cries….

I need to read some of those guidelines a little closer. I took down a video that I had posted with pics of a model…understanding that the pics were copyrighted by the photographer, I took them down.

  31. Dave Says:

I’m one of your fans, Jamie….but I really should be doing my Christmas cards now instead of reading your blog….

  32. Thomas Says:

Jamie, the more attention said individual recieves the more it is spurred on to create scenes and thereby garner the ‘15 minutes’ of infamy. I have a policy, I ignore the ignorant. Its a good thing to do, and besides, people like that are not worth the wasted energy. By the way, You are more awesome than I, but less cynical.

  33. heaven supporter Says:

I see no matter how hard you tried to get her gone because of your jealousy, she is still here, perhaps you need to think of better lies if you want her gone for good!

  34. pulsedr1ver Says:

    @heaven supporter:

You stupid fucktard. Why would anyone be jealous of that no talent heavenwhatever the fuck her nick is? Just because someone is the same colour as me, doesn’t mean I have to support them. I’m sure Jamie isn’t jealous of someone she didn’t even know about until a couple days before the stupid tard got suspended.

Jamie is part of the YouTube community, not part of this cliquey “we’re black so we stick together, and anything that happens on the internet that we don’t like happened to us because we’re black” community. There’s a reason why people like her make partner; because they are active members of the wider YouTube community, and not just out there supporting “their own”.

She wasn’t spreading lies about that girl; she gave and OPINION on why she thought she was suspended. What she did say was that she was irritated by the title of her video “It’s cause I’m black” when she was talking about being suspended.

No YouTube user, or partner controls who is suspended; that is purely YouTube staff doing, so don’t for a second think of rally this army coming over here talking shit like you know something.

You’re a moron. No one wants heaven gone from YouTube; she could stay and rot with mediocre “I wish I knew how to do a jump-cut properly” videos.

And this is not me being Jamie’s fanboy or anything. I know her in person, so this is not some stupid spell cast through fucking videos that you morons seem to be under from heavennever’s videos.

Yes, I don’t like the damn girl videos, and I don’t watch them anymore. I never subscribed, and I didn’t judge the book by the cover. I watched a couple, and they’re fucking stupid. I don’t subscribe to anyone “to support my own”. Fuck that shit. Make good videos and earn my subscription.

If someone wants to express an opinion, they are free to, just like heavenwhatever (I choose not to try to remember that stupid handle) spread lies about Jamie being the one who tried to get her suspended.

And if you couldn’t tell, I really don’t like her or the supporters of her cause right now. So you should all the unfuck yourselves from this thread.

  35. pulsedr1ver Says:

And I also second leon’s comments above.

Racism isn’t going to die off anytime soon. We need to start thinking of ourselves, and think with our brain, not the colour of our skin.

  36. jamie Says:

lol i think its funny that these people think i have the power to remove someone from youtube.

    idiots.

  37. pulsedr1ver Says:

My major thought here is that if this girl was white, would people be rallying up saying “Oh, it’s cause she’s white, and the white partners of YouTube were jealous and wanted her gone”.

    I highly doubt it.

  38. SquallCloud Says:

I agree with all of what you said. I generally shiver with rage whenever the phrase “playing the race card” comes out of someone’s mouth because, as you note, it usually follows some dismissive comment about the very real specter of institutionalized racial hatred/inequality that black folks have to deal with, but in this case it is fitting. I went on a similar rant about how much I hate when marginalized folks use their status on the margins to excuse their bad behavior. Sen. McGreevy, Isaiah Washington, this random chick on YT… Asshats. The lot of them.

  39. KnightOverEgypt Says:

Your dismissive and accusatory tone with Heavennevaeh gave added layers to your screenname. You represent your legion well.

  40. KennyBoy Says:

Check stick187’s latest entry, he mentions about the reason why people were getting off (if they weren’t doing illegal stuff) which he referenced to CNN. It seems as though CNN got word and got interested about these past 2 weeks. The use of the flag button and “haters” seem to be the problem. Can someone tell me about this flag button because I never knew what it was used for until recently. And you know what, I’ve been hearing about the Flag button being taken off from numerous people in this particular YT clique. I totally agree with these people. It really shouldn’t be the people of YouTube screening videos, but rather the people who are employees of YouTube. I mean, they have to take into account somebody just won’t like another person. Also, I think that if the person has to click the Flag button, they should be sent to a page where they give a written reason why they want this person suspended (which they shouldn’t) they should just take the video of the page. Caz I find it hard that 50 or however many people flagged each and every video of certain people like heaven and phatfatt because they had a legitimate reason to take them down because of other reason beside of rule violations. So these are my comment after lookin at both sides. Also this one strike rule that gets your page terminated is bogus…what happened to warnings? Give the person a chance to fix things up. YouTube loosin up your panties…jeez!!

  41. Jia Says:

In the comment ‘these people,’ I really hope you’re not referring to me….b/c I did ASK to see if if you had anything to do with it before assuming you did. No one is idiotic for asking if you work for Youtube or not….it was simply a question.

And to Pulsedriver….irrespective of your opinion of heaven’s videos, your tone was unbelievable. All of THAT to make a point? Wow….good luck with that.

  42. pulsedr1ver Says:

    @KennyBoy:

YouTube is the ones who does the flagging; it doesn’t matter how many people flag a video, YouTube employees have the final say. This is commonly known knowledge, which is available in the community guidelines.

    And Jia,
Yes.. All of that to make a point. I’ll say it bluntly, heavennevaeh has NOTHING that anyone should be jealous about. Would Jamie be jealous of her popularity/subscriber base? HIGHLY improbable. Of her looks?! Looks are subjective, and there’s enough attention to go around for someone to be jealous. Of her video making skills/talent? She has little or next to nothing.

I take that tone when people message me on YouTube and want to know why I am not supporting “my own”.

  43. Jia Says:

So are you asserting that she (heaven) messaged you and asked you to support her?

I dont think that anyone is saying that Jamie is in any way jealous of heaven…why would she need to be? Jamie has more subscribers/views that heaven. I was just wondering where all the mean spiritedness was coming from. Make your point, have your opinions, yes…but all the extra cursing and name calling? Its completely unnecessary, whether you agree with someones ’suggestion to join’ or not….thats just my humble opinion. Nothing golden or written in stone. I just personally feel that its not ‘necessary’ to go on the attack just b/c your views are in the affirmative where another Youtuber is concerned. But again…there’s my two cents….

  44. The Fairfaxian Says:

Good analysis of the comment. As a minority myself, I can’t stand how individuals use the race card when they’re responsible for their idiotic actions. Honestly, I’d wish that more young black women were like you: well spoken, independent-minded, sassy but not brute about it, and most important: someone who is not a stereotypical ghetto/militant-black woman. Sorry if this sounded repetitive, but just wanted to give my appreciation for someone who reflects my perspectives. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

  45. KennyBoy Says:

Ok pulse, the question is… If the person is doing right by the rules of YouTube and the people that works for YouTube have the final say, does the people who work for youTube have beef with the successful black Vlogers? (We can bring every other race to the table, but lets talk about the black ones first)

  46. pulsedr1ver Says:

    @KennyBoy:

YouTube doesn’t have a problem with black vloggers; at least not in my experience. I have contacted editors there many times, a couple times I e-mailed them about featuring videos on the site and they did. I also e-mailed them about racists users and they also dealt with them swiftly

I think the problem here is that YouTube wants a peaceful, fun community. And black vloggers are usually talking about issues related to race. Now, even though these are good vlogs, they are opinionated and sometimes controversial. YouTube isn’t going to censor you for speaking your mind, but they will also leave that stuff in the community, not put in on the front page (where “non-community”, passive viewers watch). People that watch the front page want to see laughing babies or diet coke and mentos.

This is not limited to race either. YouTube allows the atheists/Christians/Muslims to have their back and forths between themselves, not censoring them, but also not bringing it to the front page, or even featuring it.

I’m not saying that race issues aren’t important, but when it comes to featuring and promotion of their site, YouTube doesn’t usually go for those kind of things.

People should really pay attention to the YouTube blog more. That way you really know what’s going on. If people feel like it’s a race issue, there’s a black editor there, and he’s featured a lot of good stuff.

    http://www.youtube.com/blog?entry=fEjJOXRoWwg

  47. pulsedr1ver Says:

… and I don’t think that anyone should single out sending their videos to Big Joe because he’s black. What I usually do is send it to all three that I know of:

    Mia (editor@youtube.com)
    Sadia (sublinx@youtube.com)
    and BigJoe (bigjoe@youtube.com)

That way, if one of them doesn’t like it, the other might.

  48. twanw Says:

Okay, wow. Well folks, heaven’s account is back up and running, so obviously after youtube reviewed her, they obviously found nothing wrong.

While I agree that some of us black folk do pull the race card far too often, in some cases it is justified. Is this one of them? Definitely not.

I saw two of heaven’s videos on her “channel heaven” account and she mentioned nothing about race, maybe I missed the video in which she did. However, It was other people who went on and on about it being racially motivated, so they need to be blamed. There was an account created, “FREEheaveannevaeh” that she supposedly did not create. This is the account that posted messages on almost everyone’s page, including mine, about helping get her account reinstated. Thus, it wasn’t her spamming people, it was someone else. And on that account’s page, there is a paragraph citing this situation as racist. Once again, she didn’t create this page.

Jaime, you said she created that channel on Dec. 13, four days before her main account was suspended. That would set her main page to have been suspended on Dec. 17th, according to your dates. This is false. Her main account was suspended either on the 13th or 14th because the first videos I saw about her being suspended were on the 14th and 15th. Clearly, just as much as we shouldn’t go around pulling the race card, we also should make sure we’re fully equipped, as Jia said, to defend a stance such as this. Your investigation was faulty because you just happened to stumble upon her video and didn’t really know the history of it. And since so much about her practices is in questioned, she needs to be asked, instead of just assuming and going on a erroneous tirade.

Her account being reinstated speaks for itself, however.

  49. pulsedr1ver Says:

    @twanw:

    http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=msheaven07

That is the channel that had the video from her about being suspended cause she was black, and that channel also got suspended.

  50. pulsedr1ver Says:

And also twanw, that account, channelheaven, was created BEFORE her suspension because it was already subscribed to her suspended account. You can’t subscribe to a suspended account and therefore it is known that she had the account before.

  51. twanw Says:

Thanks pulsedr1ver. So, say she did subscribe before it was suspended, that doesn’t really prove much. You’ll are saying she was DEFINITELY suspended for spamming and trying to gain viewers, which you don’t have proof of. Instead of coming up and creating faulty info because she made a comment you don’t like, just ask the poor girl.

We say we hate when blacks pull the race card, etc. yet, we sit on our high horses as the “upper echelon” and care to not relegate ourselves to the attention or likes of people who have not broadened their mindset. Yes, I know this is the internet and we have a choice who we listen and communicate with, but who we choose to and not to commune with via the net, speaks volume to who we commune with in our everyday “real” lives.

And we wonder why we’re so separated.

  52. Jewish Dude Says:

I have been tempted many times to use the “anti-semite” charge, but logic got the better of me. Now I just assume something bad is happening to me because the person doing it is either justified or ignorant.

  53. dst2163 Says:

Yeah i would like to say you did a wonderful job investigating this fraudulent person.Let me add that this person has done more to others in the past.for one, she along with 125nyc ruin a friendship between two parties on YT that i know about by inboxing or poison penning one of them about the other.I would tell you who but its wrong to do so with out their knowledge.theres a youtuber coming out with a vid on her(heavennevaeh).he states that hes mad at her subs because they dont know the truth about her.Good work Tokenblackchic

  54. k Says:

    youre amazing

  55. Tina Says:

I see some stereotypes being thrown around in here and that’s just as ignorant as someone playing the race card to get over. Some of you should really sit back and look at your comments.

  56. whatever Says:

First of all I wanna say that I do not subscribe to tbc or heaven. i donot support either. With that said, I feel that this vlog is very malicious toward the heaven girl. I’m pretty sure ‘YT’,as tbc puts it, suspends many people for many reasons. I’m certain that there is a clause in their regulations that specifically states that they can suspend anyone for any reason they want to. After all its their website. Which leads me to ask these questions. Why would a second party even care to SPECULATE this? Why would a person be so compelled to bring up another person’s reasonoing as to why they think that ‘YT’ would suspend them? Why do you care enough to write about this heaven girl?
The conclusion I came up with is that you have a tinge of envy ,as your(tbc) boyfriend (Pulsedr1ver)put it,against this no talent heaven girl. Let your followers understand that when you went on hiatus for a long time while on top of ‘YT’ someone else kinda began to get a good following, probably from the same groups as you do. Long story short, someone may have begun to take your place in your absence, and quite frankly you don’t like that.
You could care less about the race issue, but knowing that most people on ‘YT’ are white (and quite racist i might add)you knew throwing the Race card bit against the girl would definitely turn people off to her. Who know’s why that girl said that. It may very well have been a bad joke (like the irony satirical and sometimes racy joke that tbc makes all the time!!!)but you speculate that she was serious with it enough to use it against her.
She, in many ways, is just like you used to be tbc in your old vids and those were the good ones. Your head has grown immensely and i no longer respect you or your vids. And no you don’t always have to agree with someone because they might share your race. But to create a malicious vlog like you did is worse. You are the TOKEN black chick for sure. Or should i say ‘YT’blackchick. peace

  57. whatever Says:

YOU DIDN’T ALLOW MY POST. MUST’VE STRUCK A NERVE AND HAD A LITTLE TRUTH TO IT HUH!?!

  58. pulsedr1ver Says:

Whoa, and just when you thought the Miss Teen South Carolina and Jamie-Lynn Spears had taken the stupid retards awards for the year, this douche “whatever” comes right along as snatches it right out of their hands.

Good for you; good for you!

  59. whatever Says:

So you did allow it! Good for you! Lame jokes can’t hide the TRUTH! Call me ‘whatever’ you want! That must be some good coochie huh!?! Fight for yo woman dog!!!

  60. Jia Says:

Wow @ Whatever….Just WOW….For once, Im speechless. Interesting post. Happy holidays

  61. pulsedr1ver Says:

There’s no truth to your statements, so as much as you think what you say might “strike a nerve”, all it’s doing is showing what a retarded moron you are. I bet she allowed it just to show how stupid and pathetic you people are

  62. Wordsmith Says:

“You people” can be used by any race to put down any other race, not just the white-against-black kind.

    W

  63. pulsedr1ver Says:

‘you people’ has nothing to do with race. it has to do with the people who are foolishy backing heaveanevaeh because she said youtube banned her because she was black. but i can see why you back her, because you just took what i said and tried to make it a race issue. i think you just justified in your last comment the entire reason for her writing this blog.

  64. pulsedr1ver Says:

    haha, whatever.

  65. jamie Says:

i’m not wasting anymore time on jaded individuals.

“whatever” i’m appalled at the way you’re acting on this website especially since you said about 6 posts ago that “it would be your last” yet you still keep coming back swearing like an idiot, looking for…what. to win some chat war?

since you seem unable to make your comment be your “last”
i’m going to help you out.

    you’re blocked.
    “you feel me?”

  66. jamie Says:

    moron…

  67. Serge Says:

Hahaha, I just love the punch line… “moron” :) Happy New Year Jamie!

  68. dst2163 Says:

i agree with jamie, whatever you have nothing else better to do… but show your imbecilic nature.

  69. nevergvup Says:

Well to add my little two cents. I am for supporting people of my own race (black) for one, Other races support there own but when it is the black race and we want to stick together it is a big conspriacy. I have seen several people have a couple of accounts….is that not allowed? Some people have an account for comedy sketches and the other account for blogging. If YT(pronounced Y-tee) get it!? lol. anyway if YT is supposed to be a place to broadcast themselves then so what if heaven wanted to pull the race card its her channel let it be she wasn’t promoting a hate crime, or shaking her ass in a thong (for free I may add) for views. I just think that everyone that wants to be YT police should start with the people that are degrading themselves, spreading racism, promoting hate crimes those are the ones that should be banned…
And if people want to support there own race by something as petty as a subscription or a rating, then so what!!! I know from just looking at some of the commenting black people here that your chosen list of subscriptions are mostly white and not even a pinch of entertaining. This is my opinion, I am entitled to it and like some, I am not going to hide my comments behind an ANON name and no link. *nevergvup*

  70. fukprc Says:

    Oh Token,

    You are so, so naive.

If you check out You Tube you will see that there are no videos ever posted by black people! Ever!

    Is that not a conspiracy?

When you look into the monitor, the YouTube censor can see back your skin colour!

Why has it been more than a decade since I’ve had sex with a black woman?

    “A coincidence?” you say?

    Ha!

The media wants people to think that black people are stupid. That’s why Whoopie Goldberg and 50 Cent are so “popular”.

  71. yans Says:

Completely agree with you i don’t know who the heavennuh is but i can’t stand when people use the race card and they are wrong….they make it so much harder for people to trust us(blacks)it’s getting out of control these days.

  72. Morgan Nicole Says:

It’s just a never ending circle. Like that M.C Escher drawing of the two hands drawing each other. You can’t tell where it started or where it’ll end. Black people think everyone’s against them because they’re black. White people dislike black people because they get “free rides” because of their color. In some instances it’s true and sometimes that isn’t the case. But the horrible thing about stereotypes is that it makes it so easy to generalize. How do you take one statement and apply it to 60 million people? It horrifies me . I ashamed when I see African Americans justifying stereotypes. Now as a black person. I have to live my life trying to refute that. And its nearly impossible. Because people will say “Oh she’s an exception.” and not “Oh, maybe all black people aren’t like I thought they were.”

    I’m rambling…sorry.

  73. Morgan Nicole Says:

wait, i have to comment again. Fukprc? You’re an idiot! 1) there are alot of blacks posting videos on youtube. You just spend all your time jerking off to the white ones. 2) You having intercourse with a black person has NOTHING to do the post. If anything it just affirms that you’re a complete idiot, beyond reproach. 3) 50 Cent…maybe. But Whoopie Goldberg is no fool.

  74. Ephonetica Says:

Couldn’t agree more, seriously, because of that what you were commenting on, racism cases greatly annoy me, it’s like you get an instant win. and i’m saying this as a white person.

  75. Wordsmith Says:

What’s the fun in playing a game if you never lose?

    W

Dearest Morgan, you’re a complete and utter idiot! And you obviously have a tin ear for satire…

As for, “You having intercourse with a black person has NOTHING to do the post”: try telling that to my dick!

  77. kritz4prez Says:

    hey JAMIE!!!

    bout time i stopped by
i had no idea heavenneveah did that! jeeesas!

malcolm x says: “you’re never a victim unless you feel like one”
why do some black people victimize themselves? being a victim subconsciously means “i can be taken advantage of”

  78. goodmonica Says:

    Hey Jamie!

I’m a huge fan of yours and I’ve seen all you videos. You’re just great, you’ve got spunk!

Anyway, I came to read this entry because I was confused about what had happened to this girl.

I had been seeing these “heavennevaeh conspiracy” videos that were posted in her honor and I thought they were strange.

I agree with the quote Jodie (kritz4prez) put. Playing the victim is such an obvious sign of weakness…

Other than that, the girl seems harmless and friendly, but if she broke the rules, hey, she broke the damn rules.

  79. Daniel Says:

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article m Concerned..Racism Vs. Youtube | Jamie Knows…, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.

  81. kungfucolin Says:

So.. She got reinstated and then suspended again?
It may sound cruel, but I think that’s pretty funny.

Guess she should have stuck to the rules in the first place. Youtube will take flagged videos down sometimes without checking the content, but they won’t suspend someone on mere suspicion. She must have really messed up.

Not to mention that she successfully alienated anybody who took her seriously in the first place by making the ridiculous allegation that it had anything to do with her skin colour.

Best of luck to her, but it looks like she’ll need to find some other venue. Youtube has had enough.
